Uppercut Solutions is born in March 2019 to fill a gap between little M&A Firms and the big accounting and law firms offering M&A services. Active originally only in the Province of Quebec at the beginning, now the demand for our services is forcing us to expand across Canada. We starting to have bigger mandates and these mandates are often for interprovincial transactions. So here we are! We are looking for multiple positions across the country, and also for some external collaborators in order to complete our service offer. On the opposite of little M&A firms, we are 100% legit since we are a CPA firm, most little M&A firms don’t have the required competencies and mainly they don’t have licences/education required to be a M&A expert.

We are currently looking for entrepreneurs, not employees

If you expect a salary and glass ceiling you are at the wrong place, but if you are looking for an entrepreneur’s income, no limit, be paid for what you bring, not what someone else decided for you. Then you are at the right place!

Those positions are offered across Canada, you are working from home or your own office. But the basic principal, is that you run your own business inside Uppercut Solutions, you are an entrepreneur, in business for yourself, but not by yourself since we provide training, support and tools. You are part of a team!

-       Senior account manager (M&A) you have to be a CPA since we are a CPA firm.

-       Account manager (M&A) CPA

-       Business developer (Sales hunter type, not nurse or farmer)

-       Customer service (outbound calls mainly)

Again, we are entrepreneurs at the service of entrepreneurs. You always wanted a business and had no idea or enough capital to own one, here is your chance, since you don’t have to invest thousands of dollars, we don’t sell you a franchise or anything like that, we don’t want your money, we want your talent to show you how to make money with it! Our compensation plan is amongst the most generous in the industry!

After two years in business, we have already listings in the 8 digits with customers having a value in hundreds of million dollars.

We started as a virtual M&A firm, and we will remain virtual, Pandemic has proven that our model works well. We are paid on performance only, so you are too!
