What are the chances of THAT happening?!

I was catching up with Cecilia, a long term #PetSitter in the industry and we were together reflecting on stuff going wrong during pet sits that no one could have seen coming. "What are the chances of THAT happening?!"??

She reminded me of a time where a Pet Sitter was minding a dog that went out to toilet in the backyard at night and a feral cat was there.... unfortunately the cat scratched the dog's retina, costing a $12,000 Emergency Vet Bill.???
