What Causes Putty to Blister?
Why putty generates bubbles on the wall?
1. The base layer is too rough and has small holes.
2. The base layer is too dry, the water absorption rate is too high.
3. Putty is easy to generate bubbles during high temp. working.
4. The water absorption of the substrate is too low, which will cause the putty is in the slurry state for a long time without drying because of the long water retention.
5. Low quality HPMC with bad solubility, or HPMC dosage is too much.
6. Low quality ash calcium powder.
7. The dosage of heavy calcium or ash calcium is not suitable.
8. The bubbles occurs after a period of construction. It is mainly caused by uneven mixing when the putty powder is stirred.
We not only produce cellulose, but also have our own R&D center to provide technical support,If you find any problems in the application of HPMC, please respond to us。
