What Cause The Battery Self-discharge

Today I would like to share part 1 about us.

Sincerely i work in the battery market 5 years and feel I am a little engineer as during the 5 years, I sell the finished battery , CKD battery , battery plate, provide the technical for customer . But when I join here , i know I have lots of thing to learn.

First, is there anybody know how many type of the SMM No.1 Lead, Only one? No, No, No,. There are two type , One is the Original Lead, the other is the refined lead . The original Lead, the purity above 99.997%.The Refined Lead(Battery Recycle Lead) the purity is 99.994%., as we all know the lead more purity , the battery character is better. No matter how the refined lead purity high, the Bi element must be higher than the original lead, this can’t change. And the Bi element is the main reason that cause the battery self-discharge.

As the battery we produce used is the original lead, purity 99.997%, so our battery is lower self discharge and longer life, the battery we stock six month, the capacity is more than 70%.
