How Does Canva Work?

Canva allows you to sign-up and make an account completely free of cost. You have the option of logging in through your Gmail, Facebook, or email.

Once you have logged in, you will be greeted by the Canva dashboard that features a search bar and a personal activities column on the left-hand side.

Once you click on the search bar, a dropdown menu will appear to guide you in whatever it is that you want to design. You can select pre-made templates for Instagram and Facebook posts, and you can also create customized works of your heart’s desire.

Need Help?

In case you need help in designing or navigating through the website, you can simply click on the “learn” button, present on the head of the page.

This option will redirect you to a page with tens of video tutorials on the different aspects of Canva. You can simply click on any one of them and learn how to print designs, save designs as PDFs, or even publish your designs.

Learning is made super easy through the available tutorials. The best part is that most of the videos are under a minute long, which saves you a lot of time and effort.

Once you click on the desired template style from all the available options, you will be redirected to a page with a blank canvas that you can edit and start working on.
