What Can't You See that Sees You?

What Can't You See that Sees You?

In the bustling world of business and the ever-challenging journey of personal growth, we often focus on the visible—the metrics, the KPIs, the tangible results.

But what if the key to our success lies in what we can't see?

What if there are forces at work, watching over us, guiding us, and rooting for our success? ??

The Hand of Providence

The Bible tells us in Hebrews 11:1, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

This scripture teaches us that faith dwells in the unseen realm. In the context of business, this means believing deeply in our processes and visions, trusting that our unseen efforts will eventually lead to tangible success.

The Guardian Angels

Psalm 91:11 says, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways."

This scripture reassures us that we are never alone. In the business world, where decisions can be tough and the path often unclear, it's comforting to know that there are divine beings tasked with our protection and guidance. They see the threats we cannot see and steer us away from unseen dangers.

The Power of Vision

Proverbs 29:18 states, "Where there is no vision, the people perish."

True vision goes beyond the physical, involving spiritual insight that allows entrepreneurs to see potential where others see none, and to persist through challenges that might discourage others.

The Spirit Within

Romans 8:16 reminds us, "The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children."

The Holy Spirit dwells within us, providing us with inner guidance, wisdom, and peace—essential qualities for making aligned decisions in business and personal growth.

The Harvest Principle

Galatians 6:9 encourages us, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

The principle of sowing and reaping is fundamental. Often, the seeds we plant in our business—through hard work, integrity, and innovation—take time to grow. Though we may not see immediate results, there is an unseen process that ensures our efforts will bear fruit.

  1. Dream Journaling: Often, divine insights come through our dreams. Keep a journal by your bedside and write down any dreams or impressions you have upon waking. Review these notes regularly for patterns or ideas that can guide your business decisions.
  2. Random Acts of Kindness: Implement a practice of spontaneous generosity in your business. Whether it's surprising a customer with a free service or helping a colleague, these acts can create positive energy and open doors to unseen opportunities.
  3. Intuitive Business Mapping: Instead of traditional business planning, try intuitive mapping. Use large sheets of paper and colored markers to draw out your business ideas, goals, and connections without overthinking. Let your intuition guide the process.
  4. Nature Immersion: Spend time in nature to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with the natural flow of life. This can help clear your mind, reduce stress, and open you to fresh perspectives and ideas.
  5. Fasting for Clarity: The Bible often speaks of fasting as a way to gain spiritual insight and clarity. Dedicate a day to fasting and prayer, seeking divine guidance for your business decisions. This practice can sharpen your focus and reveal unseen paths to success.

Daily Practices to Connect with the Unseen

  • Morning Silence: Spend the first 10 minutes of your workday in complete silence. This practice can help you center yourself and become more receptive to subtle insights and inspirations.
  • Paradoxical Affirmations: Write daily affirmations that are not just positive but also paradoxical, like "I am strong in my vulnerability" or "I find clarity in chaos." These can challenge your thinking and open new avenues for problem-solving.
  • Digital Detox: Allocate one day a month where you completely disconnect from all digital devices. Use this time to reflect, pray, and meditate, allowing your mind to reset and become more attuned to unseen insights.
  • Diverse Brainstorming: Include varied perspectives in your brainstorming sessions to uncover hidden opportunities.

In the realm of business and personal growth, the unseen forces of faith, divine guidance, and inner vision play a crucial role in our success.

By embracing what we cannot see but knows us intimately, we align ourselves with a higher purpose and open the doors to unprecedented success.

Remember, the journey may be invisible to the eye, but the results will be evident for all to see.

Stay faithful, keep believing, and trust in the unseen hand that guides you towards your destiny.

How Humility Can Elevate Your Business to New Heights

In our pursuit of success, we often measure our achievements by outshining competitors and climbing the corporate ladder. But what if I told you that the true path to reaching new heights lies in a posture of humility?

During a time of fasting and seeking divine guidance amidst personal challenges, I heard the Lord say, "I am seeing how low you are willing to bow to see how high I might raise you."

Humility isn't about diminishing ourselves; it's about acknowledging our limitations and seeking guidance beyond our own understanding.

For entrepreneurs, this mindset can revolutionize how we lead, innovate, and grow our businesses.

Lead by Serving

A powerful practice of humility in business is servant leadership—a concept deeply rooted in biblical teachings. By prioritizing the needs of others and fostering a culture of empathy and support, we inspire loyalty, creativity, and collaboration among our teams.

Learn from Mistakes

Embracing humility allows us to view failures not as setbacks but as opportunities for growth and learning. Proverbs 11:2 reminds us, "When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom." This wisdom is essential for navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Build Real Connections

In business, genuine relationships are invaluable. Humility helps us cultivate trust and mutual respect with clients, partners, and colleagues. By listening attentively and approaching others with humility, we create a foundation for sustainable success.

Seek Higher Guidance

Acknowledging our dependence on divine wisdom is another aspect of humility. Psalm 25:9 assures us, "He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way." By humbly seeking God's direction through prayer, we align our decisions with higher wisdom, leading to unexpected breakthroughs.

Scriptures

Psalm 113:7-8: "???? ???????????? ?????? ???????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ?????? ?????????? ?????? ?????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ????????; ???? ?????????? ???????? ???????? ??????????????, ???????? ?????? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ????????????."

1 Peter 5:6: "???????????? ????????????????????, ??????????????????, ?????????? ??????’?? ???????????? ????????, ???????? ???? ?????? ???????? ?????? ???? ???? ?????? ????????."

Practical Steps to Embrace Humility

  1. Practice Gratitude: Regularly acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of your team, clients, and mentors. Gratitude shifts the focus from yourself to the collective effort that drives success.
  2. Adopt a Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous learning and be open to feedback. Recognize that there is always room for improvement and that wisdom often comes from unexpected sources.
  3. Serve Your Community: Engage in acts of service within your community. Whether through volunteering, mentoring, or supporting local causes, giving back fosters a spirit of humility and generosity.
  4. Reflect and Pray: Set aside time for reflection and prayer. Seek divine guidance for your business decisions and trust in the wisdom that comes from above.
  5. Lead by Example: Demonstrate humility in your daily interactions. Be approachable, listen actively, and show respect to everyone you encounter.

In our entrepreneurial journey, true elevation comes not from self-promotion, but from a posture of humility. By bowing low and embracing humility, we open ourselves to divine wisdom and guidance that can raise us to greater heights.

As we lead with humility, we build stronger relationships, learn from our failures, and create a lasting impact in our businesses and communities.

So, take a moment to bow low, seek wisdom, and watch how high you might be raised.

Its a lot more than that, ... You forgot the DRIVE and it has nothing to do with any spirit, book or person, it's all individually based.

Sometimes we focus on what we see because it's right there. And we put our trust in it. But when we put our trust in the things of God we cannot see and focus on building His kingdom He will add all the other things that we can see to us. Thanks for sharing Edna Harding.
