What can you suggest to help with my project?

Below are the details of my new project. It's bigger than me, possibly bigger than Ben Hur, so I am looking for suggestions in terms of people and resources to move it along. 

Background

My view is that every person on the planet is an asset and has gifts to offer. Most of them don’t fulfil that because they are in survival mode. However, once their basic needs are met (food, money, sleep, shelter etc) their health and happiness increases and they get to a higher state of being - not a particularly trendy way of describing it but will do for now. Then, great ideas become available to them and their greatest skills, their gifts, are revealed. Self worth and peace of mind ripples out affecting everyone around them. Health improves, crime and violence drops - the big picture benefits are huge.

I can’t make that happen for everyone but I am keen to shift as many people to that higher state as possible and this is what I’d like to do. 

Three steps:

1 - A 13 episode series probably screened on Youtube. We take a group of individuals where life is falling apart in most areas of life. We (a team of coaches) show them how to fulfil their needs and get to that higher state of being using little or no money. The viewer can follow the personal trials and triumph through a period of 6 months coaching. This benefits the individuals and the viewer.

2 - A website. The viewer can see extended footage, share and discuss the content on the site, plus buy low cost training programs that match what is taught on the show. What makes this model unique is they also have the opportunity to buy the course for someone who can’t afford it. Years of coaching have shown me those who most desperately need the coaching and training usually have no money. This way the community supports itself and more people benefit.

3 - The profits from both the show and the website are funnelled into an “incubator” where we support inventors of ideas that may not make a lot of profit but could dramatically make our world and way of life cleaner, cheaper, easier and more efficient. Corporates and venture capitalists may be less inclined to help these inventors when there is little chance of a return but, think of all the people we can help by supporting the inventors and getting their ideas out to the world. 

Now that could be a lot of people with better lives because of this project!

What do I need?

Here’s what I foresee so far.

• Accounts: Someone to help me figure out the costs and logistics so I know how much funds I need to look for.
• Coaches: Extraordinary coaches in different areas of life who are Sydney based, work well on camera and can produce quality training material on a short deadline to match the content of the episodes.
• Production crew for shooting and editing.
• Website development for the back end.
• Some gun people on sales, marketing and publicity. The more viewers we attract the more lives can be moved.
• Admin and customer feedback people which will be scaleable as we progress.
• Legals on setting up the Not for Profit status and any other requirements.

Can you spot anything I’ve missed in this list of needs? Can you make any recommendations for me?

I’m itching to get this started and would ideally like the budget laid out before the end of March in time for the deadline of a funding source I would like to use.
