At the start of 2023 I worked with ?? Dr Gyles Morrison MBBS MSc and Vanetta Morrison MACC MBACP to design an 'Emotional First Aid Kit’ for when people get upset at work.
Our premise was threefold:
Our aim was to equip people to build skills to find the emotional balance they needed to make decisions about their own wellbeing and to function comfortably.

In 2023 we ran a study with 9 participants from 6 different countries to understand how the WEFAK worked...or didn't work.
Since 2023 we have been 'sitting' with our learnings and have decided to make the Google Doc prototype publicly available later this year. Watch this space for a Creative Commons licensed Emotional First Aid Kit you can use at work...(or anywhere else to be honest!)
