The process consists of several steps. First, a 3-dimensional part file is programmed and uploaded to the CNC machine. Second, the machine is set up with any necessary fixtures and tooling. Lastly, the part is machined. After machining, the part may undergo a number of post-processing solutions, including bead blasting, anodizing, and coating.)

2.Mold Making : Mold making refers to the processing of molding and billet tools, in addition to shear die and die cutting die. Usually, the mold has two parts: upper die and lower die. The steel plate is placed between the upper and lower die, and the material is formed under the action of the press. When the press is opened, the workpiece determined by the mold shape is obtained or the corresponding scrap is removed. (Pieces as small as an electronic connector and as large as a car dashboard can be moulded. Progressive die is a set of die that can automatically move the workpiece from one station to another station and get the molded part at the last station. Die making technology includes: cutting die, blank die, compound die, extrusion die,, progressive die, stamping die, shape cutting die, etc.)
