There are lots of things just happen without any notice or warning. they just happen, which is exactly life.
It is no exaggeration to say that during the time of self-isolation, you might doubt the life, feeling fear, panic, helplessness and even feel like lost in the mist.it seems life just been pressed the pause button,the world seems to stop.
Howerver, now that it has happened, and we can't change nothing or can just start again with magics, so we have to accept it. but what can we do during this time when self-quarantine at homeso that we can be better after it passes without losing a lot?
Here are some tips from myself,hope this can help.
1. Spend times with the person you love
- It might be the first time that you can spend so much time at home. then forget about the stupid epidemic and spend more time with your families. Home is your warmest shelter.
- spending time with your parents, sharing whatever you wanne talk with them, or maybe just stay with them without any talk. Sometimes company is the longest confession of love. because them give you life.
- Spending times with your children and participate in every part of their growth up. try best to be a qualified parents, mother, or father. because they lengthen your life and make it real.
- Text to your firends, your classmates,your teachers, your leaders, your colleagues, your clients, even those who had helped you before. encourage them, greet them, comfort them, support them.because all of them make your life colorful and valued.
2. Focus on doing valuable things
This is a down time for anyboday but the haze will definitely pass and actually it is also the best to improve and invest yourself. so please speand time with yourself.
- Reading books. books are the ladder of human progress and reading is the weapon that makes you better than others. the more you read,the ‘less’ you know, and then the "richest" you will be.
- Watching movies or some documentaries to broaden your horizons and know better of our world. Try to find out something you are interested in and turn them into skills. whatsmore,you can sign up some valued online classes.
- Learning new skill Instead of getting depressed or addicted to games,you can always try to learn something new. learning a new language could be a good choice during this time. Also, you can learn a lot of new things like music, dance, guitar, flower arrangement, ps, writing, baking, cooking,(at least two or three special dishes) and so on. Trust me, you don't know what will happen next, but all these skills can be surely lighted in your coming life.
- Making a plan list for 2020, and make it as clear as possible. From all aspects (tourism, beauty, skills, etc.), keep exercise, self-discipline, and management learn to cook,
3. Be discipline ourselves
Go to bed early Although you just work from home, try not to stay up late to spend times on phones. This will actually cause great harm to our bodies and the biological clock will be disordered. Be discipline aand try not waste time or energy to do something unmeaning.
4. Do whatever you like when the epidemic is over.
When the epidemic is over, just do whatever you wanna do. go and see the person you wanna see:
- While the sun is shining
- While the wind is breezing
- While you're still young
- While you can still go a long, long way
- While you can also tell a very deep thoughts
- While the world is not so crowded
- While the time hasn't consumed your feelings
- While there's still a chance to hug each other
- While we can still breathe
- while the person you love is still there
When you finally cross 120,000 miles, cross the day, the night and the stars, no matter where she or he is, go and see them and tell them that "Hey babe, I really miss you."
