• Concept - Specialists in geotechnical, geoenvironmental and structural site investigations, laboratory testing, instrumentation installation/monitoring services and survey work. We operate in-house geotechnical laboratories and a fleet of drilling plant, including window sampling, cable percussion, rotary, cpt and numerous bespoke low-headroom, modular and electric rigs.
• Celtest - Laboratory and in-situ testing of aggregates, soils, water, bituminous materials, concrete and hydraulically bound mixtures, as well as a wide range of specialist concrete cutting, drilling and anchor installation services.
• XAIS-PTS (PTS) - Highway Assessment Surveys, Materials Testing and Certification, specialising in laboratory testing for advanced asphalt testing and mixture development. Certification services offer ISO 9001, 14001, Factory production control, CE Marking, Product assessment as part of Product Acceptance Scheme to MCHW SHW Volume 1 Clause 104.15 and 104.16.
• Professional Soils Laboratory Ltd (PSL) - Geotechnical and materials testing Prosoils UKAS 4043 laboratory fully equipped to quickly deliver all material testing requirements for civil engineering purposes. Additional rapid and professional In-Situ Testing service including Plate Bearing Tests (PBT) and California Bearing Ratio (CBR).
• In Situ Site Investigation - Specialists in the use of Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) techniques including seismic, shear vane, video cone, magnetometer, MiHpt & MOSTAP sampling. Also specialists in the pressuremeter market and can offer Self Boring Pressuremeters (SBPs), High Pressure Dilatometers (HPDs), Ménard Pressuremeter tests and Cone Pressuremeter. A variety of in-house CPT rigs (wheeled, tracked, mobile rams) enable work in most locations
• CTS (Construction Testing Solutions) - Fully equipped to test the mechanical, physical and chemical properties of soils, aggregates, concrete and bituminous materials as well as other construction materials and products.?Highly-trained technicians and engineers either visit sites and take representative samples for subsequent laboratory testing, or conduct in-situ field tests.
• GEO Site & Testing Services Ltd (GSTL) - Geotechnical testing with the most up to date methods both in the laboratory and on-site. This includes soil, aggregate, rock, and concrete testing services to a range of industry sectors, as well as a comprehensive portfolio of on-site testing, window sampling, and coring services.
• CMTL Ltd - Specialists in delivering high-quality geotechnical testing of construction and civil engineering materials. State-of-the-art testing laboratories accredited to ISO 17025 UKAS and INAB Accreditation ensure that the highest quality standards are met.
• ACS - Specialists in geotechnical and Chemical laboratory testing, Site Investigation, Geotechnical, Contaminated Land and waste assessment to deliver high quality testing results and analysis of construction materials and chemical substances that are harmful to health, property and our environment. Materials tested include natural and recycled aggregates, fresh and hardened concrete, soils, waste, stabilised materials, bituminous materials, natural stone, waters and leachate.
• CGL (Card Geotechnics Limited) - Specialist geotechnical and geoenvironmental consultancy services, from drilling the first borehole through delivery of interpretative reports to the completion of remedial design works.
• Mason Evans Partnership - Specialist geo-environmental consultancy providing high quality, practical and technically robust solutions range of services relating to the investigation, remediation and validation of proposed development sites.
• Silkstone Environmental Ltd. - Specialist consultancy with a focus on Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical Site Investigation, Land Surveying, Mineral Assessments and Planning, Waste Planning, Licensing and Permitting, Topographical and Measured Building Surveying.
• Simtec Materials Testing - Specialising in all areas of in-house laboratory testing of asphalt, aggregates, earthworks, and concrete testing. Services include on-site testing including CBR, Plate Load and Diamond Core, as well as on-site Materials Testing, Lab Testing and routine quarry and plant outputs.
• XTRATEC LTD - Specialists in materials testing and structural investigations, with a variety of laboratory and on-site, in-situ testing and investigation services including California Bearing Ratio (CBR) by Plate Bearing, Incremental Plate Loading, In-Situ Density (SRD), Soil/Aggregate Sampling, Concrete Sampling, and Texture Depth.
• XAIS Asset Management - Specialists in Asset Management, providing a range of services and software to local authorities, highway network operators and international transport organisations looking to get best value from their highway asset management data and plans.
