• It's nearly the First Day of Spring 20 March is the first day of Spring. You've seen all the flowers starting to bloom, the lighter evenings and it's getting warmer. What are you looking forward to?
• St Patricks Day Here's a great excuse for a party. Do you have any Irish blood in your family to talk about? Do you celebrate this most rambunctious of all the four nations' days? Will you be drinking a Guinness?
• Red Nose Day It's here again. A time for silly antics whilst raising money for this wonderful charity. Do you do anything fun in your office to raise money? Will you wear a Red Nose? Have you ever done any momentous fundraising events?
• Teaching The Youngsters I spent the weekend with my daughter and was teaching her some woodworking and gardening skills. It was a great way to bond and lovely to her mastering some of the tools. I've also inspired her to have a go and make things instead of just buying them. What have you been up to? Who are you teaching? I'll be using this as a post later this week so keep an eye out for inspiration.
• Anniversaries? This week sees the first anniversary of when I left gainful employment and it got me thinking what other anniversaries other than birthdays and weddings do other people remember. Do you have special memories that you could share? A little on this day in history event always sparks an interest. It could be when you quit smoking, started your business. Took on your first employee. You could really think outside the box here, but please keep it clean
