Our customer applied for an inspection number at the BV agency in their country. The BV agency in the client country asked the BV inspector in Shanghai to contact our company and fax a copy of the information with the experience time, address, contact phone number, etc. .

Cooperate with the inspection and print the packing list, inspection form, etc. Provided to BV testing officers.

If the inspection time changed, you must call them one working day in advance. If the inspection is qualified, you must provide a final packing list, invoice, so that the BV agency can issue a formal report.

The specific testing content and testing methods shall be carried out according to the requirements of the customers.

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems ("QMS"). In order to be certified to the ISO 9001 standard, the company must comply with the requirements set out in the ISO 9001 standard.

After the inspection is completed, the worker puts the cartons into the plywood box, and the BV inspector inspects whether the wooden box is firm and whether it includes all the products in the packing list.

The BV inspector needs to issue a test report and send it to the customer,

It takes some time for the test report to be made,

At the same time, the test data needs to be sorted and compared, and finally an objective evaluation result is formed.

The entire inspection process is basically completed.

There is another type of BV inspection, which is BV shipment supervision, which is similar to the inspection steps above, but the focus of supervision is not the quality of the goods but the loading process.

Loading supervision means that the inspectors watch the goods loaded into the container and then they personally seal the container with the BV title and take pictures.

There is an important point of operation here:

the container must arrive at the factory on time/in advance to wait for the installation supervision personnel, so it is necessary to cooperate with the freight forwarder, and it must confirm the loading supervision time 3 working days in advance.

The actual packing data must be accurate, otherwise it may end up with an unclean report, and the customer will encounter trouble during customs clearance.

If the cargo to Africa is supervised by BV, the information required by the customer to be displayed on the bill of lading must be displayed on the bill of lading.
