What Is The AIDA Model?
The?AIDA model?is the cognitive journey every buyer goes through when they buy a product or service. AIDA stands for?awareness, interest, desire, and action.?
Think of the model as a funnel, with attention being on top, gaining the most people to the bottom of the funnel being action.
It is vital to have marketing materials made for each step of the funnel in mind. Otherwise, you will lose out on many potential leads for your contracting business.?

Awareness
The first step in a buyer’s journey is awareness. Nobody will buy anything if they aren’t even aware of your company in the first place. Think of awareness as trying to reach as many people as possible that are close to your target market.
Not everyone will be looking for your services at that moment, but you must continue with your marketing efforts because you will eventually find the right audience.
Interest
The next step of this funnel is interested, which is the most crucial stage according to marketers. This is when you have hit your target market with your awareness campaign and made them curious. They likely won’t do research to find out more about your company, or at least?not yet.?
This is when you should advertise the features and benefits of your services and make them feel they might need your assistance. When customers are interested, they feel like they might NEED this service. In the next stage, they will start to think that they WANT the services YOU offer.
