RADICAL JOB SHOPS Make Big Profits & Even Bigger Impact When They Have a Killer Brand & Stupid Simple Marketing Machine
I recently launched a rebrand for a 70-year-old tool and die shop.?
The owner knew the importance of this project but wasn't sure how to explain it to his team, colleagues, and friends.?
Here’s what I told him:
Branding is how you communicate to the outside world what your company is all about.
After nearly 2 years under new leadership, this was not the same company that people came to know in decades past.?
The new owner made a ton of upgrades and had a big vision to continue growing and improving long into the future.?
? In order to attract the type of candidates and customers that will help him realize that big vision, he needed a brand that reflects it.
?? For his existing team to rally behind his vision, his brand needed to get them excited and make them feel confident and proud of where they work.
?? To make sure current customers realize the increased value, he needed a brand that would instill a renewed sense of confidence in them.
A company's brand is like the clothes and shoes you wear, the car you drive, the way you style your hair, how you carry yourself, and how often you shower and shave, right??
Maybe more so, it’s about the things you say, the way you treat people, the promises you make and whether or not you follow through on them.
As humans, we attract certain people into our lives and make them want to spend time with us through the image we project into the world.?

The same is true for businesses.
And before you do any sort of marketing for your business, you need to have a clearly defined brand first.?
Otherwise, you're wasting money trying to promote an outdated or inaccurate image of who you are and what you're all about.
Radically,
Founder & CEO
