What Is The “Big 5 Personality Traits” Model ?

  2. Conscientiousness: Conscientiousness deals with thoughtfulness, responsibility and dependability. It also talks about how goal oriented. This trait is about planning ahead and analysing their own behaviour. This trait also talks about regularly staying in contact, checking in on your wellbeing. They like to organize around certain dates and events and are focused on you when you meet.?
  3. Extraversion: People with this trait gets energized by the company of others. This trait involves talkativeness, assertiveness and high emotional expressiveness. These type of people enjoy meeting new people and become the center of attention.
  4. Agreeableness: Agreeableness is about trust, altruism, kindness and affection. It’s about how people relate to others and how do you become empathetic is a factor to be considered. There is a tendency among agreeable people to take up careers in charity, medicine, mental health, etc.
  5. Neuroticism: This trait is about becoming worried and stressed. It’s about emotional instability. Neuroticism is the physical and emotional response to stress. Some individuals who experience sudden changes in character from a daily perspective could be highly neurotic and respond to high stress levels in their work and personal lives.?
