What is the best Technologies to Develop Software

Nowadays, learning a programming languages is not the issue.With lot of programming languages, frameworks, libraries, API, and others things, I can say that the challenge now is to choose the correct language/framework/API/ to develop the best solution in a short time with good quality of production.

It is the big task that all junior Software Engineers are facing today. With lot of programming languages, Frameworks,API and tools that help us developing good software in record time, it is difficult sometimes to advice or to say what are the best one. A junior Software Engineer asked me for  some advices to help him building a carrier on the software Industry.

I tell him what I think about it. But during our conversation I knew that he expected that I told him exactly what is the best programming language/framework/API to start building a portfolio to get the recruiters attention... I am sorry, but I couldn't answer very clear his questions... Or just describe what is the best language/framework/API...

Even with more than five year of experience, on market, I am still learning everyday how to get the required skills to decide what is the best tool for each project. He as surprised when I said it... Now I am not studying the basic principles of a programming language, but the big difference between one language and another,  in order to discover some good advantages that can help to improve the quality of the software. For example, I had the opportunity to work with GOLANG during a feature on a project, and I can say that was amazing. It is  very cool program languages with lot of resources and very sophisticated.

The best way that I found to keep improve my skills, was building my LINUX CLUSTER with four nodes. Now I can testing lot of things, algorithms, software solution, linux system administration task manager, database cluster and more. For example, now I am developing a cluster Loadbalancer in Golang !!! It is every cool :)
