3 年Jiu Jitsu. If you have minimal training you will know how to take someone to the ground and control them for extended periods of time until support arrives. Or you can choke them out are exit the scene.

3 年For self defense? Depends on your build, size, strength, and flexibility. All around martial art? Judo works for about 95% of people... it's why American Police train in it. It is ALMOST universally useful... unless the other person is far stronger, heavier, or knows how to maintain their center of balance. Tai Chi or Akido if you're fast enough... but there is no one size fits all physical defense. Now days I'm 40, have MS, and live in Texas, so my .40 S&W is my best physical defense.
