Obesity is becoming the root cause of many diseases in today’s era, the main reasons for this are irregular lifestyle, bad eating habits and lack of exercise.According to a study report by “The Lancet”, from 1990 to 2022, the obesity rate in India has increased from 1.9% to 9.8% among women, while it has increased from 0.5% to 5.4% among men, and it is likely to increase further in the coming times in India.
