What is Band Sealer ???

Band sealer is common name of semi automatic, continuous pouch sealing machine. Machine has a band of teflon belt which heat and carries plastic pouch before pressing by pattern pressure roller, thats why its called band sealer. This machine has vertical, horizontal and angular models with various carrying load capacities. This pouch sealing machines are very versatile and it can seal any heat sealable preformed bags of any size, length, and thickness. Machines are also available in fixed speed or variable conveyor belt speed. Nitrogen purging system can be attached on these models as per product demand. Specialty of this machine is minimum labor involvement and persistent adjustments for different capacities of filled bags. 

 1] Table models- Indian market is filled with china imported table models of band sealer machines, basically suitable for light duty and small pouches. 

2] Vertical model- 100 gm to 2 kg, filled bag height can be adjusted as required, nitrogen purging can be attached, variable model also available this model basically suitable for any free flow granular products, which can be spilled if pouc

h is placed horizontally. Major start ups and food product manufacturer use this model. 

3] Horizontal model- Filled pouch is placed horizontally on carrying PVC belt conveyor and pouch movement also horizontal. Pouches filled with solid products usually sealed on this model. This models are available in heavy duty and high speed version of upto 15 meter per minute. 

4] 20-25 KG jumbo models- Industries which want to pack their products in heat saleable laminated bags and in 15 to 25 KG fill weights, they use this jumbo models to seal these bags. Major industries are rice, grocery, grains and various flour industries.
