What to ask?VCs

You want the best VC partner? Then they, too, have to pitch why they are the perfect fit.

Have the guts to ask them mission critical questions like:

• What is your (real) value add?
• How is the decision process? How long will the process take?
• How old is your fund?—?at which point of your fund life cycle are you?
• How much of your fund volume is dedicated to follow-ons?
• What would your portfolio company founders say if I asked them about you?
• What are your reporting expectations?
• Who will manage us after your investment? How much partner support can we realistically expect?
• Why are we interesting for you? What are your expectations? 

So, be bold and challenge us as a VC. Please.
