2 年Inaccurate LV breaker instantaneous element testing exacerbates Arc Flash hazard in that the sticker may be based on an arc duration limited by an IT trip. Set it wrong, it may not operate, and arc duration will be greatly extended - killing the tech. The Doble HCxx series is rated at 5% of RANGE or FULL SCALE (not reading, range) from 0.02 to 0.1 seconds. The decade ranges mean measurement of a 3 cycle IT test pulse at 1200 amps is +/- 500. And it can't test a one cycle breaker at all. So don't get Dobled (ZAAP!! OUCH!!) and check out the MOT 2019 at www.cttestset.com.
