What an amazing week it's been!

I celebrated my 6th anniversary with The CRM Team moving into our new offices: 3012 William Nicol Drive, Bryanston. We share office space with Microsoft South Africa. I have fond memories driving into this building from my time as a Microsoft employee many years ago, it was truly an amazing company to work for. I also reflect on the many successful business's that started out on these premises and eventually outgrew the space.

It is a very exciting time for The CRM Team and the move is a catalyst to refocus our energy on the things that really matter; our people and our customers. Our team has re-confirmed their commitment to the characteristics that best describe a CRM Team employee, namely:

Experts: Somebody that has a deep competence in terms of knowledge, skills and experience through practice and education in a particular field.

Reliable: Consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted.

Consistent: Acting or done in the same way over time; especially so to be fair and accurate.

Sense of urgency: To act promptly and with intention to make things happen efficiently and effectively. Having a sense of urgency means doing what needs to be done immediately, without being asked”)

At a time when there is justifiably a lot to complain about, it is important to remember that we can always control how we react and we believe that these characteristics reflect our tenacity. Now is not the time to feel overwhelmed or give up, but rather to identify the gaps and opportunities created by the chaos we now accept as normal, and double down our efforts to help our customers succeed.

We look forward to a bright future with our new offices as a foundation.
