What Am I Even Doing?

I ask myself this question a lot.

I ask it as a wife. A step-mom. A daughter. A sister. An employee. A friend.

My original book idea has sprung into several other ideas. I might go after them. They are absolutely a cause of delay in completing my original idea, but there are many other causes of delay. Not important to go there.

After years of delay, here is what I hope to accomplish, the answer to my "what am I even doing?" when it comes to these LI posts - also we are going through an OKR exercise at OSG at the moment, so the timing seems fitting:

• Provide a way - a blueprint, a template, a playbook - for folks to realize and plan their own strategy and goals, and a plan to make it happen in order to change their life by writing this all in a book.
• Document in my voice the more impactful moments of teaching that helped me understand this was not the path for me, allow this to be therapeutic for me and get it off my chest, in order to move on by the end of 2022.
• Share my story to inspire others who also want to make a career change, take a big leap, or find the strength to be bold and go for it.
• Create joy. I want to have fun and challenge myself. I want anyone who engages with the content along the way to enjoy the time spent reading and interacting.
