What is all this about #The100..? Some quick FAQs!
Richard Freeman
I figure out how to build flourishing places and a changing workforce.
You might have heard about #The100 by now?
But it might not have immediately clicked with your business or team at a busy time.
And maybe you have some questions that remain unanswered.
I get that.?
There is so much noise, and so many decisions to be making at the moment.
Our sole mission is to make it easier to get projects off the ground, funding sourced, teams built, ideas tested and results/impact measured.
I'm going to guess some of your questions and try and answer them frankly and quickly, if that's OK...
(It's a five minute read below, for when you need a distraction during a Zoom meeting).
We're really happy to go deeper in a short, no-obligation exploratory call. Just leave a message and we'll call you right back.
1. Who the hell are you?
For the past six years, my team at always possible have been helping small, scaling and large organisations to solve problems and seize opportunities. We help ambitious leaders and their teams make decisions, save time, increase income and build influence.
We are known for running successful and inclusive growth / productivity projects for the South East Business Boost, the Brighton Business & IP Centre and with business, community support and training programmes designed for teams across Sussex, London, Oxford, Essex, Suffolk and the midlands.
And we also LOVE good biscuits.
2. What is #The100??
Having supported nearly 200 businesses, networks and charities since last April, we know what professional challenges people are having - whether being forced to shut, losing income or experiencing rapid growth.
We've written at least five reports for local councils with advice on how to support small businesses in this time.
It has been really tough seeing people look into the abyss and good businesses having so many risks to handle.
We've managed to have some big successes with everyone we've supported. We know we can do it deeper and move the conversations from emergency to growth/stability. Using all the tools and skills we've developed over the past few years.
This project offers some bespoke and intensive critical friendship to 100 selected and ambitious teams who want to come out of the pandemic in better operational and strategic shape than when they went in.
This list is updated every week.
With people like digital design, print and marketing agencies Face Group Media and Digital Firefly ; community arts and education enterprises Soundcastle and Little Green Pig ; and start-up finance and investment company The Coventry & Warwickshire Reinvestment Trust .
All now receiving 1:1 critical friendship, research and planning support.
3. What has it got to do with me and my organisation?
You might really benefit from joining The 100, and your work could be something we want to champion. Or you might know an ambitious business that is raring to go big, but needs some external help clearing the fog.
If you've got some courage and a good offer, we'd like to work more closely with you.
4. I'm swamped. How will this be useful?
Through a short and intensive piece of work, we will help you feel less swamped. Promise.
The purpose is to help you to quickly build a unique 12-month plan breaking down all of your goals, priorities and key tasks into a shareable, visual roadmap out of COVID and beyond.
A plan that works, spots missed opportunities and avoids wasted time.
You would be matched with a specialist mentor and a research team who will do a lot of work with (and for) you.
5. Will it cost me money? I don't have budget for this sort of thing.
There are a couple of options:
You can register your interest and enter a free monthly draw.
We are focusing on different sectors in the June and July draws - so double-check to see which one you need to be in.
If you're picked in the draw, you won't pay a penny - and you'll get £3k+ worth of support as a gift from us.
Or if you want to get going immediately / don't get picked, you can kick-start the process straight away. The complete package costs £1,500 + VAT. This can be paid over several months if cashflow is a challenge, and is the lowest cost we have ever been able to offer support like this.
Don't be put off by this. Talk to us.

6. Will it take up lots of time? Honestly?
Nope. Honestly.
About half a day of your time - and not all on the same day. We'll do the rest.
But you'll have a really smart roadmap and set of resources at the end of it.
Plus access to a special peer learning group for as long as you want, dipping in and out as much as you can.
7. How do I register? What am I committing to?
You can register your interest in 5 minutes here >> registration form
This does not commit you to anything.
If you tell us you want to join The 100 now, we'll give you a quick call and talk it through.
If you tell us that you'd like to enter the prize draw, we'll contact you at the end of the month to let you know how you did and next steps.
8. What is the long-term benefit?
9. How do you know this works?
We've got hundreds of lovely testimonials and bits of feedback that we can share with you (just ask, if you to read want some from your sector).
But this is one of our favourites:
always possible offer something unique to ambitious businesses who want to think differently, engage better and grow smarter. The value they bring in joining up high level strategic thinking with grassroots entrepreneurialism is extraordinary.
These are not like any other consultants.

Fair enough!

Joining The 100 doesn't need a bribe. Places are going fast.
But you will need some good coffee during the mentoring sessions.
I'll be quiet now.
Thanks for your time.
It's over to you.
