At what age are people usually happiest?

People in general are happy species. Agree!!

But considering the current scenario of stress, mutated diseases, never ending tension of work, getting ahead in the race, it is difficult to say that people are in general happy species. They use to be happy, but with time and experience and world turning faster and faster, happiness is just a word coined which can be fulfilled by Disney at the best for all walk of lives.

Happiness recently have been studied in such vast manner which i feel would never had. Even sleeping in time brings happiness to people these days as we are getting accustomed to new terms and terminologies in life. A new concept of ages 30 to 45 years seem to suggest the most damaged time of the life. In this era, it seems, the most happiest people are not from age 9 or 16 or 23 years, they are from 36 years. Why?

It is because, they have accomplished what they have started to think since their education. Age 36 is when you have all this in from of you: buying a flat, marriage, career, children, and taking care of parents (if possible).

At this age, generally people are stressed from all the things mentioned above. But also, accomplishing all this make them happy. At 36, they already have a decade long experience to tag along which brings joy along with stress. People have real world perspective by which people get insights about the life and know what they want and what they dont. This makes them stressfully happy. This makes people feel accomplished. This makes people HAPPY.

People are happy even in stress knowing that what will work for them and what will not. And that's why with this WISDOM at 36 years of age, it causes HAPPINESS.

Happiness of accomplishment.

Happiness of knowing self.

Happiness of growing.

Food for thought: What's your age and what is your happiness quotient?
