LED display screen is a project, and the price that many manufacturers provide to customers is often only the price of the LED screen. In fact, a complete LED display system includes many other accessories. 1. The cost of the LED display: Generally, it is calculated according to how much per sqm, that is, the common LED display price is xxx USD/m2, and the price of the LED display varies depending on the type and material used.

The screen quotation includes a complete set of LED screens: chips, PCB, driver IC, module power supply, LED cabinet, and plastic mask, as well as all cables and connecting wires inside the LED display. 

2. Control system cost (take the synchronous control system as an example): Including sending card and receiving card. Generally, only one sending card is needed for one screen, which is installed in the host computer, and several receiving cards. The quantity of the control card is still mainly based on the size of the LED display. Generally speaking, the larger the area and the higher the pixel pitch of the LED display, the more the receiving cards used.

Computer: the necessary equipment to control the LED display. The equipment requirements: dual-core CPU, 2G memory, independent graphics card of 512M or more, and the motherboard must have a PCI slot.

3. Of course, the asynchronous control system is optional: it contains the sending card and receiving card. Generally, only one sending card is needed for a screen, which is installed on the led screen or placed in the distribution box. There would be several receiving cards. 

4. Audio + power amplifier: a device that allows the LED display to simultaneously play video and emit sound.

5. Power distribution box: Mainly used for LED display with a maximum power consumption of 10KW or more. It can make the stable operation of various equipment of the LED display, and effectively avoid problems such as the power supply switch trip.

6. Air conditioner: cooling equipment, outdoor LED display ≥20m2 is recommended to be equipped with air conditioner to ensure the normal operation of the screen and prolong the service life. Large-area indoor LED screens strongly advocate the installation of wall-mounted air conditioners to effectively cool down the LED display. 

7. Multi-function card: It is generally used for outdoor LED display. The main function is to intelligently adjust the brightness and temperature of the LED display in a period of time, and then achieve energy saving and power saving, and extend the life of the LED display.

8. Lightning arrester: lightning protection for mainly outdoor LED displays.
