What are the 4 stages of web design & development?

There are four phases to the creation of a website:

Planning

Design

Development

Launch and Maintenance

The website is launched at this point, and its functionality is checked. Additionally, it involves continuing maintenance, such as content updates, bug fixes, and performance and search engine optimization of the website.
