Many job seekers think that the only thing they need to do is getting in front of hiring managers. If you are someone who thinks in that fashion, you need to change your thinking in 2024. 6 个月Short but gives some much needed info. I always like the 3rd point. I advise to use the same inside CVs. That will give the applicat much chance of getting pass the 1st level of CV shortlisting.
