Gooooooood morning creator peeps, how are we all feeling?

I’m back in NY for the next few weeks and I forgot how brutal the humidity is. I feel like I’ve been covered in a hot wet blanket since I got here… And I haven’t even made it to NYC yet. ??

Not much else to report on my end of things. While I’m currently East coastin’ it, I head to San Francisco next week to meet up with the CreatorPad crew. If you’re in the area and want to hang with the team, be sure to let me know so we can set something up!

MrBeast Commanding Collabs

I’m sure most of you have already seen MrBeast’s most recent video where he’s joined by 50 of the biggest YouTubers to compete in a competition for $1M. But that’s not what I want to talk about today….

• We’re here to talk about how MrBeast is now popping up on channels across the board as he “pays back” the creators who participated in his video.
• From Kai Cenat to Schlatt, these creator collabs are leading to some heavy cross-pollination of audiences where there would likely be no overlap before.
• A few weeks ago I teased MrBeast’s 50 YouTubers video, and now that the video has been released, we’re starting to see the featured creators bring MrBeast into their content, pointing to even more potential Jimmy features to come.
• While MrBeast’s first $1M creator competition reached an impressive 91M views over the last two years, his new video has already surpassed 70 million views in 24 hours (a new record for MrBeast, as reported by Tubefilter), and 100M views in just 48 hours.
• With the biggest YouTubers in the world coming on for this collaboration, it’s clear that they brought their audiences with them, and now it’s time for MrBeast to do the same.
• Whether these collabs look like MrBeast:
• With the opportunity to see this side of Jimmy, fans are hopping on these videos, bringing new eyes (and subs) to creators that they may have not met through the algorithm.
• I believe there’s going to be a lot more of Jimmy on our recommended pages, no matter what niche you’re into, or what creators you Stan on YouTube.

This massive collab and the “smaller” collabs that are occurring on the platform are just a peek into the future of content creation and the power that creating with someone holds.

• Precise’s report checked out the social habits of 3000 kids ages 2-12 to see what they’re watching, what their parents’ purchasing behaviors are, what platforms they prioritize, the top shows, toys, games & influencers they love, and other stuff that you probably wouldn’t want a marketing company to know about your children.
