For what? 目的

I have been working in programming for 14 years. I have been seeing quite a lot of programming projects. Singapore and Malaysia have deep software development experience and one of the most experience in Asia. I am going to write something about programming and the psychology of managing it. Here is Singapore, we are practicing bi-lingual. Hence, article will contain some Chinese. I am deeply influenced by English and Chinese cultures. By borrowing Chinese wisdom of management, most of the solution can be found.
