Edenesque , a BIPOC, LGBTQ, and woman-owned plant-based milk company founded by Leslie Woodward , has launched its Barista Blend Pistachio Milk, now available at Whole Foods locations in New York and Connecticut, Joe Coffee shops, and online. Made with pistachios, cashews, and sweetened with coconut nectar, the blend is designed for coffee and tea applications. The company uses nutrient-dense ingredients, minimal processing, and partners with local organizations through its Edenesque Food Insecurity Initiative to address food insecurity in New York.
