WFH - What it did to us?
Working from home and so far it's been super productive! This is the time to show our commitment to our family, our nation and humanity by 'working from home' and reducing the chances of the virus spreading.
My team has shared their pictures of what #WorkfromHome did to them. Though we miss the fun and energy of office, but we are proud of our team that everyone is in sync and connected with each other through #Slack or #Zoom.
I can wear comfy-cosy clothes
I usually don't prefer formals. So for me, it's like icing on the cake. I am enjoying more than anything as I can wear my comfortable clothes all day long.
I can cook
This is the time, you can impress your wife by helping her in cooking. I like to cook but due to my busy schedule, it seems impossible to help/impress her. But getting some extra time nowadays for cooking.
I can play with my kids
I usually spend my 10 hours away from my home and kids. I will never forget this time when I can work and play with my kids as well as with my father. This feels amazing.
I can help my daughter in her art and crafts
My daughter resembles me in many ways. She is very passionate about painting and doodling like me. Since the past few days, I am helping her in every possible way.
I get to play more with my dogs
As I have to manage my time between office and classes, it can be difficult for me to find extra time to spend with my dogs. Due to this work from home days, I get to snuggle up with my dog in between my work routine.
I can help my kids in studies
Like so many parents around the world, I was also transitioning to full-time remote work. I have two kids. I am facing challenges, plenty of distractions and interruptions as there is no separation between work and home and school. But I kinda enjoy this phase when I and my elder son both work together.
I can learn to cook delicious dishes
Due to our busy schedule during weekdays, we don't get enough time to prepare much for lunch and dinner. But as I and my husband both are at home right now, we get an ample amount of time in preparation and we both cook delicious dishes every day.
It’s not the tools you have faith in - tools are just tools - they work, or they don’t work. It’s the people you have faith in or not. - Steve Jobs
Like us, you and your team would have been having quality time with family doing some amazing things. Let’s face this tough time with our commitment towards work as well as activities that we had just wished for. What are you up to these days?
