WFF Celebrates the Top 50 Women in Finance on International Women's Day
In 2021, Statista reported that women’s mean weekly earnings in the financial sector were just 60% of that of their male counterparts.?
On International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women in finance who are breaking the bias.?
These women are helping shift the entire landscape of leadership and finance culture, away from the traditional ‘boys club’ and proving that diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces aren’t something for the future, they are required right now.?

7. Ekaterina Smirnova, Head of FP&A, Cromos Pharma
