The Wolfe family is donating $50 million to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center toward its new tower, which is scheduled to open in 2026. It’s among the largest made to the medical center.

? VanTrust proposes new mixed-use development for long-vacant Dublin lot : Plans for a 16-acre undeveloped site in Dublin include a 25,000-square-foot commercial area, 280 apartment units and "abundant green space," according to a letter submitted to the city by the developer who wants to transform it.
? New retail center to be constructed next to Target store in Powell : The Shoppes at Wedgewood is a 43,000-square-foot complex that will be built on an infill site off Sawmill Parkway. The 6.1-acre property will have retail suites ranging from 1,600 square feet to 20,000 square feet, which will be available for lease.
The center will be directly adjacent to Target, and will have 311 parking spots to go along with the 475-space lot in front of the existing store, which is located at 10560 Sawmill Pkwy.

A longtime family-owned Columbus grocery is getting new owners.
Jennifer Williams and Scott Bowman, owners of Weiland’s Market in Clintonville, are selling the business to Daniel Phillips and Andy Russell, long-tenured store managers, effective April 1.?They announced the deal in a Facebook post.
The market at 3600 Indianola Ave. opened in 1961, founded by Williams’ father John Williams and George Weiland.
