WeWork will be the first 500bio$ Real Estate company, IMHO

WeWork will be the first 500bio€ Real Estate company with 1.5 million paying and very happy subscribers already - growing like weed on powerfertiliser. I have been in +100 startup boards - since 1992 - and 5-10% of the time on all board meetings have been spend on discussing rent and where to move if the startup should rent more space or less.

 Retail is dying

with e-commerce and Amazon Prime - lots of CBD (central building district) buildings will become empty for tenants. Just ready for WeWork to pick up for pennies on the dollar in the next 5-7 years. This means that WeWork can buy cheap real estate and make an over-natural high yield - by going 360 on the industry. WeWork will prob wait 3-5 years - But they can start collection options to buy. #NoBrainer and Adam Already did it - and the company bought from him.   

WeWork is not really a tech company

- but its a community builder and office operator using lots of tech (technology like IOT, AI, CI, Process Tools, Revit Cloud hopefully Peakon..) - in a world where the Real Estate Dinosaurs are sleeping and silly arrogant as a rule.

WeWork needs no Capex in Scandinavia

In Denmark+Norway+Sweden smart real estate owners are doing a revenue-share and picks up the Capex (investment in refurbishing to the WeWork Needs). The smart part here for the real estate owner is that WeWork will pull people in from Day One. Its happening these days in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen. We so need a WeWork to service international client.

The press has gone nuts as pure #WeWorkIpoHaters talking about a Ponzi scheme. Thats insane. Adam (WeWork founder) might have gone too far with private Jets and 10 years vision - for the stock market - but so what - its just a bump on the roadmap. Life is hard in the fast IPO-lane and he will become top 100 richest at least - and maybe even PM of Israel.

Poshtel is adding 2 new business lines

This is not just babbling for that sake of waisting your time. Dear reader - this is also an update to our +100 people who works for equity and as volunteers on solving our biggest CO2 crisis: CONSTRUCTION. Poshtel Int. will setup all the CoWorkShop building for WeWork, Regus and Founders House they want - we know they will get full. Therefor we are adding our Co-WorkShops business-line. We will make room and experiences that has not been seen before in real estate.

I felt my conscience elevating from reading this. Morten Lund, WeWork is soon to be valued at zero dollars/biodollars - your company probably does a good job building these, maybe try to succeed on your own without the Kool Aid men?
