Next we have Weverton Castro, a PhD student at the University of S?o Paulo. Let’s hear more about Weverton’s life and work in Brazil.

I am from Brazil, and my research is focused on developing new targets to treat fear and panic disorders of depression behavior.

I would really like to travel abroad after my PhD research concludes to do a postdoc in another country and advance my career.

Our neuroscience research is supported by the Brazilian Education Ministry, which offers us an excellent scholarship to perform our research. We do not pay fees.

The favorite food from my country is Feijoada - Brazilian Black Bean Stew.

The best thing about my country is the beautiful and warm beaches. ?
