Contracts 365 president and CEO Russ Edelman attributes some of his company’s success to its deep Dynamics 365 integration.

Russ says Contracts 365 zoned in on specific Dynamics Sales, CE, and Power Platform environments, working hard to “crush it” in that integration area.

“There are so many facets to that,” he says. “We cover it on so many different fronts. We’ve beaten out our biggest competitors specifically as a result of our Dynamics 365 integration.”

Contracts 365 is architected as what Russ calls a “hybrid SaaS application."

It’s a full-SaaS application that the company runs and manages on its Azure multi-tenant platform. Contracts 365 stores all its customers’ contracts and data on its Dynamics 365 tenants, allowing its customers to have their own controls and security.

Leveraging Microsoft’s recent investments in AI, Russ says that Contracts 365 is also collaborating with the tech giant “pretty extensively” to implement the technology.

Whereas before Contracts 365 worked with Azure AI Document Intelligence, they’ve now moved over to Azure OpenAI Services.

Because of OpenAI’s rapid-fire innovations, Russ says the collaboration frequently results in new capabilities and new features.

Contracts 365’s Dynamics integration, it would seem, continues to pay off.
