Under the leadership and guidance of Ellyn Herbert WEThink emerged as a grass root pilot in 2013 in Wilmington DE to understand the drivers behind gender gap in entrepreneurship, business capitalization and pivotal growth.
As a SCORE volunteer I embraced the opportunity to partner in this pilot.
We organically developed a cohort based learning program with best practices from various management consulting methods and executive learning and leadership development frameworks.
Annualized in execution, we recently completed our third year.
We congratulate each and every alum in this program for their participation, contributions, expansion and growth.
We thank John Fleming, district director SBA Delaware and John Banks Deputy Director SBA Delaware for their leadership and encouragement in this journey.
We thank SCORE leadership - Ken Yancey, Susan Fort, Steve Records, Julie Poland and Usha Gopalarathnam for numerous opportunities to showcase our learnings regionally and nationally
We thank Christi Milligan for her support in showcasing our program and its members in the state through thoughtful features.
