West’s quality culture and focus on team members and customers

In the last decade, I have experienced a lot of change at West. I have seen team members and many friends come and go, and some have even returned. I had the privilege of witnessing my facility undergo a huge transition signaling a prosperous future for us all.

Despite all this change, what I have also witnessed, is West’s continuous and unyielding efforts to maintain a fantastic relationship with our customers and each other. They both remain among West’s top priorities. West has shown me that no matter what happens, they will not change their ideals and goals of continuous improvement. This dedicated commitment is what makes me happy to call myself part of West.  

I can think of no other place I'd rather be, that makes a difference in our world and in our community.  

When I began my time here at West, I was an injection molding operator. Ten years later I am happy to call myself a member of the warehouse crew. I’ve always tried to branch out and learn as much as possible. There are so many opportunities here, for anyone who wants to take them. West has given me lots of different chances to expand and grow. 

I'm proud to be a part of a team that makes people’s lives better. Together we make the world a better place.
