PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Join this innovative medical equipment management company as a Relationship Executive, where you'll:

  • Spearhead their growth initiative in BC and western Canada by identifying, investigating, and developing new or existing opportunities in hospital and healthcare facilities.
  • You'll be instrumental in nurturing and managing relationships with senior hospital stakeholders, medical equipment vendors, and key players in the healthcare industry.
  • Respond to existing member queries and requests for information and quotations and oversee the appropriate change process to add and delete medical equipment coverage.
  • Develop and deliver annual financial reports, presentations and ad hoc reports to all staff levels.
  • Collaborate with service vendors as necessary to promote cooperation and win-win relationships.
  • Participate in industry/professional association activities.

Requirements

What they're looking for:

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • While a university degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred, they also value practical experience.
  • We encourage you to apply if you have a college diploma in a medical or related discipline coupled with relevant business experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Bring at least 4+ years of B2B sales experience to the table, ideally focusing on selling medical diagnostic imaging or laboratory capital equipment and their associated service contracts.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Your ability to captivate C-suite and Department Head audiences sets you apart.
  • A sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who approaches their role with the vigour of a business owner.
  • Your knack for building and nurturing relationships and your tenacity as a sales hunter will be crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency with Microsoft desktop (365) and enterprise applications (CRM) are essential to your success.
