The West P4100 (1/4 DIN), P8100 (1/8 DIN) and P6100 (1/16 DIN) are West' standard temperature and process controller offering. Each controller accepts universal input, and provides full PID with multiple control types. The controllers have up to 3 possible outputs, including for control, alarms and more. With a simple interface for configuration and operation, as well as big clear LED displays, these are ideal for all manner of process control applications.

The West P4170 (1/4 DIN), P8170 (1/8 DIN) and P6170 (1/16 DIN) are controllers similar to West standard controller range, but adapted and designed specifically for open loop, valve motor drive (VMD) applications. These incorporate advanced tuning algorithms, with selectable pre-tune and self-tuning for easy setup. The self-tune reduces output activity to an absolute minimum without compromising control quality, thereby reducing wear and tear on mechanical components such as valves, contactors and relays.

The West P4700 (1/4 DIN), P8700 (1/8 DIN) and P6700 (1/16 DIN) are limit controllers. They provide a 5A latched limit relay output which is activated when process value either exceeds or falls below a pre-set limit level, providing a fail-safe cut off which has to then be reset before the process can continue. The LED indication shows when limits have been exceeded and when the relay is latched out.

The West P8010 (1/8 DIN) and P6010 (1/16 DIN) are West' standard indicators. The indicators are designed with high-contrast, high-visibility displays for optimal ease of use in a wide variety of temperature and related process applications. They also provide a jumperless configuration, plug in output boards, which allow PV retransmission or transmitter power supply and up to 4 alarm relays (latching or non-latching).

The West Pro-EC44 is a 1/4 DIN dual temperature controller, with single, two loop, cascade or ratio control. The unit also serves as a profiler, with 255 segments shared by up to 64 programs, and as a data logger with a real time clock. Modbus RS485 or Modbus TCP Ethernet are built-in, in addition to up to to 2 analogue inputs, 9 outputs, remote setpoint input, 9 digital inputs.

The West Pro-4 (1/4 DIN), Pro-8 (1/8 DIN) and Pro-16 (1/16 DIN) are fully featured controllers with up to 3 universal inputs, 4 digital inputs and 6 outputs. The Pro range meets challenging application requirements through a high level of I/O, advanced control capability and offering the best-in-class configuration software, BlueControl, including a sophisticated simulator for testing in a virtual environment first.
