WesBank recognised as a 2022 Top Employer in South Africa

The 2022 Top Employers have been announced and, for the fifth year in a row, WesBank has been awarded the Top Employers South Africa certification.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute? programme certifies organisations based on their participation and results of the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains comprising 20 topics including, among others, People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion.

The programme has certified and recognised more than 1 857 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions across five continents.
