TRAINING OF THE MONTH?

Each month, two colleagues organize a training for the entire team. These training topics vary from the latest industry trends to general updates. This way, we ensure everyone on our team stays up-to-date with the latest trends and continues to learn new skills.????

Most recently, Joost Siegerist and Mikush Faithfull provided a training for the team. It aimed to clarify the roles of a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Product Owner. Through this training, the team clearly understands these roles, and the relation to matching clients and candidates has been enhanced.?

Mikush Faithfull : "Although the roles often overlap, they have specific responsibilities and tasks. Understanding the distinctions is crucial for companies and for us to hire the perfect person for the role."?

DIQQ ANNIVERSARIES ?

We’re raising a toast to celebrate two milestones this month! Robin has been with us for four years and Mikush for two years. We're proud to have them on our team and look forward to seeing their continued growth and success throughout the coming years.???

Mikush Faithfull : "I remember my first placement as a recruiter like it was yesterday, and I'm incredibly proud of my achievements. That initial success has propelled me to new heights, inspiring me to push harder and challenge myself even further. Last year, my hard work was rewarded with a promotion. This recognition was a testament to my dedication, and it has only further fueled my drive to achieve even greater things in the future.”?

Robin Ekholm : "They say time flies when you're having fun, and that’s certainly been the case for me. Not only have I been able to grow professionally at DIQQ, but I've developed many friendships during my time here as well. We plan many fun things together, such as going out for dinner or playing padel. The unity within the group makes working together enjoyable. It's truly remarkable to reflect on the progress we've made over the past years; we're still far from finished!"?

AI refers to the ability of computer systems to mimic human intelligence and cognitive processes. For example, AI can automate, analyze and assess various types of work and even generate images, speech, and conversation.?
