We are proud to announce our success as winners of the "Design Your Masterpiece" Poster Making Event during TAKSHAK 24, hosted by the School of Management Studies & Karpagam College of Engineering

Our team—comprising Me Sarathi krishna S & Subashini K A — created a poster titled "Role of Communication in a Successful Organization." The design highlighted how communication serves as the backbone for organizational success, fostering collaboration, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Highlights from Our Poster:

1. Boosts Employee Engagement & Productivity: Regular updates and feedback keep employees motivated and engaged.
2. Facilitates Brainstorming: Group communication encourages the free flow of ideas and innovation.

The competition has 1 Main Round where participants were challenged to think creatively and explain their designs in 3–5 minutes. Our hard work and teamwork paid off when our efforts were recognized by the Karthik Sir whose expertise and feedback made this achievement even more special.
