“... but we're not as stressed in the summer.” FALSE??

“... but we're not as stressed in the summer.” FALSE??

I've been told this so many times. To be honest, I started to subscribe to its validity in the early days of my business.

But it is a thought error. ??

It’s can temporarily feel true when you’re OOO for a weekend getaway, but it doesn’t feel true when you’re:

  1. Working late since no one else is around to help you with an immediate client request.
  2. Using your Summer Friday to write mid-year evaluations for your team because you couldn’t find a spare moment M-Th.
  3. Running around town to drive your teenage kids to their part-time jobs, or their friend’s house, or the diner, etc.
  4. Feeling exhausted on a Sunday night after being at your niece’s college graduation party, your girlfriend’s baby shower and your neighborhood park cleanup… all in one weekend.

It's a thought that's actually sabotaging you.

Because instead of being prepared, you're living in hope, suppressed stress and denial.

But hope is not a strategy.

You anticipate stress when the kids go back to school, or that Q4 push before the holidays, but you don't expect this one to hurt so much. But it does, and until now, you haven't been prepared.

But this afternoon, I'm giving you everything you need to get your work done AND have fun this summer.

It doesn't have to be one or the other.

Now I have another thought that feels equally true:

“Women ARE more stressed in the summer, but those that are most prepared enjoy it the most.”

This afternoon, I'm bringing you stratgies that are MUCH stronger than "hope'.

And you won't want to miss it.

What we’re talking about today is gold.

Join “HOW TO ACCOMPLISH MORE WITHOUT DOING MORE” . We go live THIS AFTERNOON AT 3PM ET.

P.S. When's the last time you did something for you? To the point where it felt selfish, indulgent or dare I say... irresponsible? Today's webinar is for the woman who wants something better, and knows she deserves it. (She just doesn't know HOW, but that's what I'm here for.)
