The What:?
Starting from recruitment and onboarding, Culture Engineering begins by helping organizations select individuals who fit the existing culture and ensuring that new employees understand the values and goals of their organization.?
The Why:
As employees progress in their roles, Culture Engineering works to ensure that there are proper incentives, recognition programs, support channels, and resources available so new hires can reach their full potential. By making sure employees have access to clear goals, career development strategies and feedback loops throughout their lifecycle, organizations can build a sustainable knowledge base as well as foster a sense of community within the workplace.?
The Result:
When an organization invests in Culture Engineering, it increases the value and significance of its Human Capital. This refers to the skills, knowledge, and experience that individuals possess and contribute to the workplace. When human capital is fostered, so is an organization's effectiveness and productivity.?
The Life Cycle of an Employee?
The life cycle of an employee refers to the stages and processes that an individual typically goes through during their employment with an organization. Although the specific details may vary depending on the company and industry, the general life cycle of an employee can be described in the stages listed above. It's important to note that this life cycle is a general framework, and the specific stages and processes can vary between organizations. Some companies may have additional stages or modify the sequence to suit their unique needs and culture.
