It's the last day of Women's History Month, but this message is relevant every day. I have seen a lot of people being laid off lately, and I have seen a lot of people not able to pay their bills. It makes me so sad to hear it. I don't want this to be a "Hey - Carvana is hiring" message, because it's not. But I do want to say that we ARE always looking for amazing humans to join our company. We are growing. And we want to do it in an inclusive way. We want to hear your story. We want really cool and different stories. We want to empower people as much as we can. *I* want to empower humans as much as I can. We don't always get to do everything, and we don't always get it right. But we really, REALLY try.
