Whybirds Removals & Storage Darwin require an Operations Coordinator/Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the operations and removal teams in the Northern Territory. This position demands a strong sense of organisation, excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail and solid leadership and management skills.

The role is responsible for the team and all associated equipment they supervise. The role communicates between clients and removal crews planning all aspects of the move. Crews are briefed and debriefed before and after every move, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date at all times. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where plans constantly change is a must. Your planning and organisation skills will be tested daily.

The successful candidate will possess good computer skills, and ideally be experienced with Moveware. He/she should have previous experience in removals and planning work schedules, utilising effective communication skills, good leadership and management skills to run a successful operation efficiently.
