This amazing milestone (HALF A MILLION!) is because of you. The incredible momentum of our growing community reflects the widespread passion and urgency to reject our divided culture by practicing curiosity, compassion, and courage every single day.

To move toward mitigating polarization, we have all had to do uncomfortable work — and it is not easy. Leaning into discomfort, challenging ourselves to grow, and going the extra mile to understand and connect with those around us — even (and especially) those we disagree with — is critical to our social fabric. By joining this movement and practicing the 3Cs as daily habits, you are being the change you want to see in the world.?
